Every once in a great while I try to take a break from all the useless info I post, be it rock videos or movies or UFC chatter or some other such nonsense, and post about something really important. A public service if you will, not just the normal waste of time junk. If I can help just one person to better their life, then maybe this ole blog is worth it all.
