As far as I'm concerned, 2010 was one of the best years for new music in a long time. A lot of my favorite artists released new CDs and toured and narrowing my lists of favorites is quite a challenge. But what the hell, everybody does a "best of" so I've thrown this one together. It might be different if I did it all again in a week.

Best Music DVD Release: The Big Four Live From Bulgaria w/Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax (get the Blu-ray)
Best Concert: This is tough, I went to so many once again and most of them were a blast. I'll have to list more than 1... Clutch in Jonesboro, Styx w/Foreigner and Kansas in Vegas, Alice Cooper w/Rob Zombie and Murderdolls in Little Rock, Tora Tora reunion show in Memphis, Sevendust w/Drowning Pool in Little Rock, Steel Panther at the Hard Rock in Vegas... it's going to be tough to top my year in concerts in 2011.
