Stone Temple Pilots were on Jimmy Kimmel Live for a 2nd night in a row Thursday night (1st night post) and here's the videos to prove it! They played 2 songs again, one off the new CD, "Hickory Dichotomy", and one classic from the catalog, "Vasoline" (my favorite STP song).

Them Crooked Vultures played "Mind Eraser, No Chaser" and "Gunman" last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live. When I first heard these guys I wasn't blown away, but I must say they've really grown on me. I've downloaded most of their CD now and listen to it regularly.

Keith Urban was on Jimmy Kimmel Live doing "Til Summer Comes Around" with just him, a stool, a mic and a guitar. That's about as intimate as show as you can have and would really expose any flaws, but I guess if you can play the guitar and sing like this guy you have nothing to worry about.

I'll be seeing these guys (for the 5th time) this weekend as they headline Edgefest 2010 here in Little Rock.

Deftones In The House of Kimmel

One of my favorite bands was on Late Night With Jimmy Kimmel last night, Deftones. They played a song off the new CD, "Diamond Eyes", and one of my all-time favorite songs "Change (In The House of Flies)" from 2000's White Pony CD. I think their new CD is excellent and a return to form from their first few CDs when I really started getting into them. I must see these guys on tour this year.

Jet Rock Kimmel

Melbourne, Australia's JET was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and they played 2 songs off their new CD, Shaka Rock... the new single "Black Hearts (On Fire)" as well as "Seventeen", then closed the show out with their smash from waaaay back in 2004 "Cold Hard Bitch". Go buy Shaka Rock if you haven't already, it's a solid CD.

Chickenfoot Rocks Jimmy Kimmel Live

Chickenfoot was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night playing "Big Foot" and "Three And A Half Letters" so obviously I'm going to post it right here. That's Kenny Aronoff on drums, filling in for Chad Smith. They're playing a sold out show in St. Louis tonight and a sold out show tomorrow night in Chicago, then a sold out show in New York City on Tuesday night.

Evanescence On Jimmy Kimmel Live

Evanescence was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, performing "What You Want" from their new self-titled CD and their classic "Going Under" from all the way back in 2003.

In my opinion, their new CD is easily the best of the 3 they've done. It's very cohesive and the musicianship is fantastic. I've been playing the pants off of it this week. And get the deluxe version... the extra tracks are fantastic.
