Zakk Wylde On American Idol

Well, I don't watch this show nor do I know anything about anybody on it this season... but I got a few texts saying that my man Zakk Wylde was on American Idol last night. So I went and checked it out this morning and low and behold some wannabe metal cat named James Durbin covered Sammy Hagar's classic rocker "Heavy Metal" with none other than Zakk Wylde on guitar. Surreal. The kid's vocals are pretty good, but heavy metal ain't about vocals it's about balls and swagger and this song is loaded with it. Tough choice, but I wouldn't want to try it so kudos to Mr. Durbin for bringing some sack to American Idol. Get some below:
