I hope they arrested the punchy guy in #9. Sure, he gets scared, but your first reaction shouldn't be violence. After like 1/2 a second wouldn't you figure out it was a dude in costume? I hope the snowman sued his butt.

Top Ten Scares
Break.com posted their Top Ten Scares since last Halloween and some are pretty funny. Of course they're all funny as long as it's not me screaming like a little girl.
